Frank Stevens

Dr Frank Stevens obtained his law degree from the University of Leuven (Belgium). He also holds an LLM in admiralty from Tulane University and a doctorate in law from the University of Ghent (2017). Dr Stevens joined the Antwerp Bar in 1993 and has been practicing transportation and maritime law ever since. He has been an associate professor at the Erasmus School of Law in Rotterdam since 2016. He regularly publishes and speaks on transportation and maritime law issues and is a titulary member of the CMI.
